They are in other words, not fearful of being what they are. Not even afraid of people’s comments where they disagree with the post or the writers concept. You have to keep in mind that when you sit to pen down your thoughts you need to first be sure that it is your concept and you believe in it. The intention of the blog is not to convert people’s thought process, but to give them a food for thought. You can’t enforce decisions similarly with thoughts. So in real terms you need to remove the fear of being judge.

Believe in online relation

To build a long term relation at work you must believe in yourself first, need to love what you do, need to love people’s point of view, need to believe in building relations through your writing and need to take those links as humans and not some coding. When you build relations you share good things with more people and that’s how they are happy and so you are.

Connect to people’s heart

To captivate this line of work you must have in-depth knowledge, good choice of words and the reader should feel like as if some human has sat and put down his or her thoughts with great feelings.
