The proper framing would be “All his good work in the school has assisted him not only score good but also enhance his abilities gradually.”

“I consider him both as a perfectly set example of a person who does all his work carefully but also as a person who takes care of all.” This very example is a mixture of two phrases yet judging against; “both…and” also “not only…but also.” To make it correct you must use either of the two, like: “I consider him both as a perfectly set example of a person who does all his work carefully and as a person who takes care of all” or this way “I consider him not only as a perfectly set example of a person who does all his work carefully but also as a person who takes care of all.”

I would say all the phrases do enhance the beauty of your writing at the same time if it is not put  correctly it really messes the entire meaning, so I would suggest you to be very-very simple and easy to sink in the readers mind. To make it fancy we cannot complicate things for them. Correct?

1. “Since 1935, it was the city’s very first cop-killing in which the investigating detective was seen dead in an apartment.”

Here, it was not required to link adjective “cop” with noun “killing,” until the noun was joining adjective like phrasal adjective. But, you can see it linking in “The belief was the cop-killing menace.” The appropriate usage would be “Since 1935, it was the city’s very first cop killing in which the investigating detective was seen dead in an apartment.”

2. “In order to win the prize the privately-built aircraft is going to take its 2^nd flight.”

Adverb which ends in –ly creates a big confusion for the writers. These are not associated to the verbs which are modified, with adj., that are normally used with hyphen in phrases similar to the previous one. More typical it is when adjectival phrase with the adjective concluding with –ly, just like “grandfatherly-looking” and in “grandfatherly-looking guy,” here the hyphen is pre and post to the noun.

Now, in the given phrase the word privately tells you the way the aircraft was made. Here, built is modified by privately. And in the second example guy is been modified by grandfatherly-looking. The sentence must read “In order to win the prize the privately built aircraft is going to take its 2^nd flight.”

3. “They don’t mind dumping the label name to make it more-effective.”

When any superlative or comparative is used, it modifies the adjective, so it is not needed to attach terms using hyphen. So, it will read as “more effective.” In case you feel that the structure is unclear without using the hyphen, just revise the structure. For example “The group had many more winning seasons,” change it to “The group had number of winning seasons there after.”

1. “It relics as city’s artistic image, seen both foremost let down and godsend.”

As an adverb and a verb both in “let down”, it is used in this kind of sentence to project as if someone is let down. But if you see, it is a noun in closed compound. “It is a great letdown”, in here it has to be in a noun form.

2. “Eating everyday at McDonald made the person a depressed and bloated shatter.”

Over here, an adjective is reflected through everyday (it isn’t happening everyday). But “every day” has noun and adjective both (That is not seen every day). In here, we have used both adj. and noun. “Eating every day at McDonalds made the person a depressed and bloated shatter.”

3. “In order to rollback hike, a confrontation from state legislature may end the governor’s promise.”

Rollback here displays as a thing “Rollback proposal fall short in the committee” and it is a verb here “The government will roll back the hiked prices” as it points to an action, so you must change the compound into a verb phrase. “In order to roll back hike, a confrontation from state legislature may end the governor’s promise.”

4. “In order for the schools to bailout, California handed a loan of $100 million.”

Just like in the previous sentence, the verb is put in a noun form. It should be like this though, “California handed a loan of $100 million in order to bail out the schools.”

5. “The committees internationally carry on with pull out as the revolutionary assault a public transport.”

Here, again the verb phrase “pull out” is used as a noun. It should have been “The committees internationally carry on with pullout as the revolutionary assault a public transport.”

The beginning

When I was starting up, WordPress was stepping up and was inexperienced in blogging. But, was not looking for a blog, instead I wanted to own a website. So I created a big blunder by creating it in Joomla.

The site got hacked, I tried fixing it. Again the same thing happened, and it got hacked number of times. And much later to my surprise I got to know that, those hacker had pressed countless pages to sell some sex medicine onto my domain. After a year of hard work and few hundreds of visitors I decided to shift to WordPress. That was the time when I got to know my depth and lack of experience and knowledge.

Learning curve

In the year 2009, I got some websites to check like Copyblogger and IncomDiary etc. I then got enrolled to them, read all the previous and whatever new they published. I tried learning and learning all these years from who so ever I thought was the best. Resulting, my site visit went from 400 to all the way up to 10,500 in the very next year.

I continued the same in 2010 as well. Learning from them and experimenting on my site. By the time I had already touched the visitor number to 52,300. That time I thought that I am actually doing well but was not able to pull any money there. Therefore, I decided to go for another site the next year. As per my plan this was going to be the money maker for me. After I started with it, my visit from the two was something around 230,500.

By this time I had learnt much about traffic building, even though I was not able to make my ends meet.

Long time of hard work

I thought that even after getting such improved and good results why am I not able to hit the nail? Is there some wrong step that I am on?  Till the end of the year one of my known Keith, advised me to do something that would not only teach me something new but also help me grow, which I was unable to in the last few years. I had no option, said yes happily.

Their free services and software which are free for users but have actually cost them millions to develop are: Google Chrome, Earth, Docs Analytics, webmaster optimizer, Gmail and so on. Gmail here makes money by their advertising, but some don’t benefit them financially at all.

What more important to them is building brand loyalty. Why do you think it is called a give and take policy and not a take and give? It is small to talk big but big to show your worth via your work.

First impression must be good

When someone talks before showing the results, first impression of that person is not that good, and the opportunity is lost in talks. I know it is very tempting to share with all known people about your plans and get appreciated; most of the people do it. Break the news before happening. Wait for the right time to disclose the news, better to do it after the success of it.

Don’t cage your thoughts

Till the mission is set don’t share it and don’t let it be influenced by anyone. If at the end you decide to change the plan anyways for the better, you don’t have to think twice or get affected by peoples expectation, who know about the plan already.

Improve and be more committed

It is seen that when we talk about and are loud about our plans we care less to achieve it as we are only busy talking about it, also we lose the focus.

7.  Don’t be very serious that you forget yourself

You may think that Google being the number 1 website, must be very strict and straight in there roll. But, you are mistaken dear. They also are funny and witty at times and it’s a good trait of a complete personality.

The very first prank they played was in the month of April in 2000. MentalPlex was the first prank they claimed as very new feature of Google to check your personality and mental strength and based on that data they were supposed to tell you which site were you looking for.

Why do you think they need to do this? It is not a waste of time and money but a moral boost and a little change over for the Google followers and the staff even, the little change brought some new life in the daily routine work.

Not to be robotic

This motto was decided in the year 2004 and is still a firm believer. This policy had a great impression on their ads. Google’s search results only show the related ads, and are also labeled as sponsored.

Google says that it can make money even by doing well. I do agree with this, as it is not really necessary to be selfish all the time to be successful. You can try this as well, as you must have tried a lot in the past to be a success in your niche. Just by being good, straight, and simple will sure pull you success, may be late but sure.
